I will take a moment to comment, only on public info, when we filed our S1 a year ago and the sudsequently 2 others we were under SEC 10k review, with a long and exhausting review/audit that took 10 mos, when in review the company can not inform anyone, sorry sad but true, the company shouldn’t file s1’s but I did anyway because I needed to show the dire need of what they represent, but under no circumstance will the sec approve a S1 when a 10k complete audit review, I do not blame them for this we did a lot the last 2 years before this year of waiting, we went cleared on that review weeks ago setting the stage for finally our s’s to be deemed effective which 2 are now, it’s a shame this review was so deep, a shame it took so long and was so costly from many auditing firms, appraisers, valuation companies and financing experts that all had to be independent we did it and came out clean, but I hear why this, why that, understand one thing when under review the what if’s go in the toilet because I don’t care who you are nothing gets done until the sec is done and obviously it’s done with 2 s1’s done and effective with 4 more in the hopper, timing is always a factor in things but unfortunately the best plans and never figured on regulator intervention, it’s a shame it took the wind out of our sails but we will perceiver, also I wish you had some licensed people on this board because a licensed expert in finance would of known this was a problem (sec) it had all the indications, and I’m sorry I couldn’t say anything until cleared like I said on the conference call. No question GNBT and it’s management team, lawyers, tax professionals and all others can execute as evident by just being cleared after a almost 1 year deep dive that renders even warran buffet if he had one motionless, hahaha but I loved the comments about me or the team executing, furthest from the truth, and since no experience at all on this board I get the frustration, u need someone licensed on this board that can advise or always talk to your broker, pretty simple stuff but not one of your got it right!
