Doc isn't the one asking .0272. Whoever is should take heed a thought of Doc's on Twitter less than one year ago... "Bid pennies get pennies bid dollars get dollars."
I can't imagine anyone having their shares up for pennies but, (since that's what is being asked) that's what we get.
I'm happy to have added a tiny 20K today though. I set 4.20 as my first (and only) small sell, and someone will be lucky to get them at that price in my opinion.
