Not a hard choice. What to take? A 100% guaranteed

If I had to make that bet based on science alone I would take my chances on $102.
But it’s not. Unfortunately we’re in the hands of a CEO that doesn’t mind stretching the truth a little now and then.
Someone with a too big of an ego that’s probably hurting our interests. I don’t know of course but I can only guess.
He’s been in trouble with too many people (sometimes very valuable people to the company imo) in too short a time.
And we’ve got a spineless Bod, that doesn’t seem to challenge the CEO in any way.
I don’t want to emphasize it too much for I will be taken for a basher, a shorter or whatever, but our financials really don’t look good.
And yet, the CEO/Bod think it’s A Okay to reward them with 25 million shares.
For what exactly? For a failed and very late BLA filing? For closing contracts with many countries, BP, etc? For getting EUA? For being in talks with the UK? For a successful uplisting?
Guess, I’ve found my answer. I’d take the $28. Like yesterday.
