He does indeed have some medical knowledge and yet he seemed to have failed to grasp that bradykinin's regulatory role in cytokine response is itself dependent upon their ability to bind to and activate macrophages. So for someone so knowledgeable it begs the question how does this logic escape him and if it didn't and why leave that part out?
