Few pointers from filing:
Page 22 - " Therefore, it may not be possible for existing stockholders to participate in such future share issuances, which may dilute the existing stockholders’ interests in us." No kidding
Page 22- "The failure by our management to apply these funds effectively could harm our business." Huh. Sounds pretty accurate.
Page 24 - "DILUTION
Investors in this Offering will experience immediate dilution from the sale of Shares by the Company. If you invest in our Shares, your interest will be diluted to the extent of the difference between the public Offering price per share of our Common Stock and the as adjusted net tangible book value per share of our capital stock after this Offering. Net tangible book value per share represents our total tangible assets less total liabilities, divided by the number of shares of Common Stock outstanding. Net tangible book value dilution per share of Common Stock to new investors represents the difference between the amount per share paid by purchasers in this Offering and the as adjusted net tangible book value per share of Common Stock immediately after completion of this Offering. Blah, blah, blah..., Dilution before, during and after the offering.
Page ‑ 32 "On September 6, 2017, we entered into a Litigation Funding Agreement with two parties for the purpose of funding the enforcement of certain patents relating to the process of providing dual channel authentication against several infringers. These patent infringement cases are still in process. Our management believes, but cannot guarantee, that this Litigation Funding Agreement will allow us to pursue litigation against any infringement on our patents. " Wow, we're still on lawsuits. spin it baby.

If there is so much great stuff going on and about to happen (SafeVchat), HOW MANY SHARES OF THIS AMAING COMPANY HAVE EACH OF YOU PERSONALLY PUCHASED OR ARE PLANNING ON PURCHASING? Lead by exampleKay & friends!!! I hear investers should buy this stock!
