TNF-alpha and IFN-gamma (both downregulated by CCR5 blockade) are responsible for upregulating the kinin B1 receptor which is where bradykinin binds. So bradykinin is CCR5 dependent.
Bradykinin just boosts inflammatory cytokines. The cytokines themselves don't cause the inflammation it's the responding macrophages. CCR5 blockade shuts down the macrophage response.
