Latest filing indicates that they plan to raise $2.5 MILLION at .015/share....
By my calculation, that represents another 166,666,667 MILLION shares dilution in the current share structure, or another 83 BILLION dilution relative to the former share structure. Contemptible in either case. Shame on them.
