Thanks for the clarification. I forgot it was also you who told him about the SEC making those documents public.
I was actually referencing you in regards to the time when he turned on you (and us) when he promised us NGIO dividends if we bought by a certain date, failed to live up to that and attacked you for holding him to it.
Not sure if he is untrustworthy or incompetent. I suspect the latter - but really, does it matter which?
We are all speculating why things are not moving forward with the SEC and BARDA. I have my suspicions. And they start at the top.
Hopefully he will make me eat these words someday.
