I watched a few minutes of a woman talking about some topic that had nothing to do with gaming. In the middle of it, she stopped and announced some fan had won a $5k prize from Miller Lite. There was about 400--500 people watching. Alot, but really not that many.
So yes, the big timers that have huge followings could really use verbLIVE, but it is the amalgamation of all the people who could potentially sell stuff and the sponsorship behind each one of them. No matter how big or small a following, that is the true gold for Verb. Anyone, anywhere can sell stuff. Large corporations, like Miller Brewing Company obviously already get it.
Now, food for thought. What if some of the genius marketing folks behind some of the corporate sponsored livestreaming events were able to offer samples of products through interactive links placed inside some of these videos. Anyone know of a company that can do that?
