I believe it was 2014 when the company had to undergo two reverse splits. That was before I even heard about the company. Most of us here bought in after the Microsoft news so 2016 and forward - as I did. Undoubtedly the two reverse splits they had before, which may have been in a short time span of 2014 or so - would have ruffled feathers. Probably moreso than those of us who are upset now would be. So management has dealt with this before. 166 million or so shares for them to raise $2 million or whatever it is means someone has to buy these shares at 1.5 cents. So if they do at a lower price it could mean more shares have to be issued. If they do raise this money will it lead to a meaningful revenue increase and how many shares have to be issued to do so? Could it potentially have to be a lot more shares if the price drops? How long can the share price hold up through this? A lot of questions and much fewer answers. I wouldn’t want to be the one on the hot seat here that’s for sure. Good luck to all I’m hoping things turn around for us longs sooner rather than later.
