If it turns out that all the agencies are waiting for the CD12 interim readout, then it would be a lot more palatable to postpone voting to give more money away until after then too.
I understand that there are things out of our control, but this vote is not one of them.
Plus, the BOD would probably get a much better vote count in their favor too.
