This is what Paul Knopick provided me this morning from the company:
"Rocky Mountain Productions was not the copacker that produced the leaking beverages. It was Raw Pharma, Inc., a third party beverage copacker specializing in cold fill manufacturing private label and co-packing.
The relevant issue was what caused the cans to leak. Was it the liner in the can? Or was it a copacker problem? Careful analysis was conducted by can manufacturer and Raw Pharma. Each had a viable defense. We have concluded both parties contributed to the leaks but it’s likely Raw Pharma contributed the most since part of the problem was excessive oxygen levels in the cans.
Raw Pharma’s assets were purchased April 30th. Since that time, we conducted a thorough inspection of the canning line and filling head. We contracted with chemical specialists and other professionals to advise us on mixing levels of CO2 and oxygen. We recently purchased a $20k nitrogen machine that blends the correct ratio of nitrogen and CO2."
