No, you can't say it's been approved or they have implied they would approve or approval is imminent. It's not approved until its formally approved and the regulatory agency either publicly posts an approval or sends a writing to the company indicating approval. It would actually be unprofessional for them to give good news if they would told approval is pending, just wait for the official letter. They have to await it, even if you are impatient. At this point, if it has to do with expected approval, but not yet signed off by FDA or MHRA management, and not yet put into a formal approval letter either posted or sent to CytoDyn, they absolutely cannot give the good news yet. The best they could do would be to telegraph it, or telegraph the fact it was not bad news. Many of you appear to have never dealt with a federal agency before. Can you imagine what would happen if CytoDyn released the intent to approve before the agency issued their official approval. It might likely raise some anger by the agency and cause an intentional delay by the agency to show that they can't be forced into approving something. Just take the release for what it is, something that reads it is not bad news.
