Recently we approved a 100million additional shares by vote. It was my understanding that the reasoning for this was in case there was a need for additional capital raises or a poison pill for hostile takeover (ahh the good ole days). Could someone please explain to me how we went from that, to allocating approximately 120million dollars worth of shares for possible executive compensation and incentives? Last time I checked we have no revenue and are taking out loans to cover our operating expenses.
How about coming back and asking at a later time once we have an approval?
I like everyone else here want the executive team AND fellow investors of our company to do well. A rising tide lifts all boats, all for one and one for all (or whatever other cliche you want to throw in there).
