Just The 5, I believe this is a possibility as well. Dalton has been acting as his own transfer agent, so shares can be transferred easily to the conglomerate. This means we could up-list without the financials, but it also means shareholders will largely be kept in the dark about revenue numbers for all the various parts of the company. However, that may not be a big deal to anyone if shares then trade for dollars. Keep in mind, Dalton would be able to reduce the shares or increase shares pretty much at will if he decided to do so.
All in all, I like the idea of an immediate increase in value. The only issue I see is who would be the third party who would value the price of our shares? In this scenario, Dalton would be cutting out the market makers who normally would price our shares. So once shares start trading, market makers will then be forced to scramble to re-price our shares, and the disarray could cause large swings in share value.
