Thank you for your post! Really appreciated it!
Not that I have any say in this...I am sure Joe knows the importance to file before 9/14 even if it cost more to do this urgently...time is money...waiting till after year end information is ready would add cost way more for the company if we just paid more the attorney to rush this! Imagine if NGIO is ready to be traded on the NASDAQ in 2 months vs 4 to 5 months....
We have all these pending contracts (China and Malaysia) and other possible countries....
If we get BARDA funding and/or Canada deal...having NGIO on NASDAQ would shoot up NGIO's PPS exponentially....NGIO can potentially be a HOT IPO...but if NGIO is still under GNBT on OTC when these key events happen...then GNBT's PPS may not benefit as much to say the least....
Thank you!

NGIO S-1 but remember we have but one attorney doing this kind of work. I don't thing NGIO is in a position to pay them overtime rates to work nights and weekends. If it isn't done pretty soon we probably have to wait as the info becomes stale by the middle of September and we'll need the info from the year end period (10/31). So Sept 14 is an important date and that isn't far off. Big challenge to get the filing done by then.
