I have not read any recent posts.
I have been in touch with Joe via text. I was at the golf driving range, already distracted by a young lady wearing a skirt that left little to the imagination so Joe did not have my full attention.
The form 10 is in effect
The SEC's questions have been cleared
We can now file the S-1.
More on that later after I take a cold shower and show proper attention to my beautiful wife as I am feeling a little guilty after the driving range.
