Here is my question in all of this.
The Form 10 was filed, the 60 days did go by. The SEC letters I thought were out there before the Form 10-12G was put out.
From the NGIO call, Joe was not even aware the SEC had 3 letters out there until TC brought it up. Only after that did Generex / NGIO put in another Form 10 Amendment. So, then, would the Form 10 be automatically approved if the SEC was waiting on follow-up questions to be answered and when they got answered, does the 60 days then go into effect.
I think the question is, because the SEC had questions, was the Form 10 automatically approved before or was it put on hold until all the SEC questions were answered due to the three letters and then how was the 60 days handled based on the letters.
