Yep, 2 of them. One is less than a month old.
I'll stick with being as satisfied w the Form 10 as the SEC. And they have clearly not yet been satisfied.
So it really ticks me off when I hear mgmt stating the Form 10 is cleared.
I am not happy with the level of information being disclosed to us right now, but I'm trying to be patient due to all of the various and complex circumstances. However, I have very little tolerance left for any appearance that we are being misled. That is unacceptable.
