And, as wasn't stated in any PRs by GNBT and was met with surprise from our CEO on the NGIO conf call (because he didn't know we knew!), the SEC filed numerous requests for further info from Joe regarding that Form 10. That information wasn't provided in a timely enough manner to satisfy the SEC, so they felt the need to publicize the (I believe damning) letters proving just that.
And the form EFFECT has never appeared, so Joe can say or PR whatever he wants. I'll believe it when I see the Form EFFECT on the Edgar site... I just checked again, and it's not there.
