No curb65 criteria is used for admission criteria for pts with PNA. Has nothing to do with their severity or need for ICU care. What is "severe" and what is "moderate" in regards to this study appears to be ICU admission vs general floor admission. This would fit well with standard ER physician thinking, But as far as I know defining severe vs moderate in COVID studies are all study dependent...I.E there is not any universally agreed upon def. of severe vs moderate Covid symptoms at this point in time.
