Thanks doc, or CMP was not in violation .......Wonder how many NGIO shares they received and I'm sure ready to be dumped if going public......
This is a good example and confirmation the inexperience of management to cut deals based on future listing/pps before proper IPO due diligence to meet all necessary requirements. No contingency plan if goals are NOT reached .....note conversions followed by dumping shares /lawsuits are not the solution.
Bad business, bad actors and major dilution are once again part of the big picture and any legit company would frown at the leadership. Late 2018/early 2019 we bought the story and THAT was the only reason the stock reached 3+.
