This is plausible, however bear in mind that the answer was supposed to come on September 4 and was delivered on September 1 and the meeting was scheduled right afterwards.
There is just no time for CYDY to come back and request a Webex and the FDA to answer that request. It is just not the sped at which FDA moves.
It seems a more plausible explanation that FDA itself answered AND scheduled the interview.
