I think that part of the reason this keeps coming

I think that part of the reason this keeps coming up, is that there is nothing wrong with figuring out what kind of person your leader is. Sometimes, no matter how successful (or not) one is, that doesn't mean they are a good person, an honest person, or a person who doesn't let ego get in the way of what needs to be done. That last one is a killer, because it can be the downfall of what they are leading.
