And Dom is overrated. Great wines are something we save for a "special occasion" and most often we get buried with it still in our fridge or wine locker. I have a 35 case locker myself, and life has taught me to celebrate the small things, as really, in the long run, they are all we have. If a big thing happens, well, that's just icing on the cake.
