It’s an Bluefin AUV. Endurance purchased it from GMAR along with data on several sites. In doing so, a subsidiary was formed called CAIRD who now has the rights to that data/IP......ie shipwreck locations, as well as an airplane. I can link the PA if you like.
The network is apparently interested in what was located with the AUV in deep water.
Sensors that detect non ferrous metals beneath the ocean floor can be used on the AUV. Apparently The Beaver is clueless like many sheep who aren’t aware this technology already exist, and has for years.
For deep water salvage Endurance modified a peel grab used in junk yards and it was tested at over 4000 meters. It will also be helpful on the Connaught which is entangled in steel fishing nets. It can lift 20 tons.
It’s taken a couple years longer than we wanted but so be it.
Good luck at Juno Beach with Tinkerbell 2.0. Don’t forget to obtain salvage rights.
