Hey skipper, just keeping it honest. So how do you know the delays are SEC, BARDA, and other governmental actions? We are being told this. How much of these delays could have been avoided if all information is supplied with the applications? Just saying there are 2 sides and we keep hearing from one side. That side is telling us it’s all the other side’s fault. That’s like writing a check on your bank acct a week before your direct deposit goes in, and then blaming your company for not paying you early and the bank for bouncing your check and charging you a fee. However if you didn’t write the check early, non of that would have happened.
