When Rory talked about the 17 Verb Live customers and the potential of $5M. He said that should be a meaningful boast hopefully to our valuation. Interesting he said valuation and not revenue.
You see, VERB Live isn't baked into the valuation because it just came out. The pace of signups over the coming months will influence the valuation.
Would be interesting if someone wants to list all the revenue sources now. Hint, it's a bunch.
I also heard the acquisition will be announced at the latest next week. That should get some excitement and conversations going. Seems to be the best kept secret around as to which vertical, what company, how many employees, how many customers, how much revenue. I think the only thing investors know is, it will be a small company, already in a vertical VERB where wants to expand growth. Will we get a sense of what that growth and opportunity will look like next week? Possible.
There were bunch of other things in the presentation. Some obvious and some not so obvious. Now I know the price of the add on sampling per user. I guess some other investors know too.
Remember the in app purchasing, right? I guess it's made it's way into many of the customers hands by now.
I could go on, but will let others continue to give investment advice on a messageboard of when to buy and sell. Only and idiot would get investment advice off a public board from anonymous posters. If you are not sure what to invest in, talk to a financial advisor as I said many times.
