You are obviously far more knowledgeable than I am on this topic judging by your questions so take my response as an "I have read..." These questions are probably easily answered by Ohm and others like him.
That being said...
In my notes I have one of the big differences with Leronlimab is that it doesn't trigger the immune function of the CCR5 receptor whereas other drugs like maraviroc do.
Leronlimab also allows binding of CCL3 and CCL4.
I will tap out now as this quickly is beyond my expertise, but thought I would at least share some of my notes that may answer a couple of your excellent questions!
