SFIN just getting started :Notes from conversation with Alan B. (CEO) <--Add to DD
Had a call with Alan B. this morning at 10am EST to discuss how everything is moving forward and his priorities for SFIN. First and foremost, they will be current shortly. He obviously could not disclose specifics but is finishing up conversations with lawyers and other additional funding sources outside of common stock to accelerate product portfolio.
Main growth points discussed:
Priority focus on the trading algorithm.
1) As they have seen significant success with it in the UK market. They have begun their expansion in APAC as well and customer acquisition is going well. He is concurrently working on getting all approvals in the States to launch the App.
2) Trading algorithm has the potential to be licensed by 3rd parties and leveraged for further product expansion
Additional Funding Sources to Accelerate Product <--Interesting
1) Alan is meeting with a group from the New York Area about securing additional funding through using an international tokenized exchange. This is HUGE, because it brings in a whole new source of funding which will significantly fast-track product to market. This discussions will be completed next week and there will be an offering by October on the BSE Tokenized Exchange. Smart guy, these investors will also serve as a primary source of acquisition for his app...Beautiful acquisition tool. Supposedly, SFIN will be listed at $1.00 on this new tokenized exchange <-- Have no idea how they valued this or how valuation works in tokenized markets.
Celebrity endorsements
1) He brought up Draft Kings and the use of Michael Jordan. He definitely hinted at legitimizing product through celebs. Wouldn't be surprised given his connections in the UK and Vegas if he is lining this up...
