I would just add that CCR5 expression has typical been difficult to quantify. It hides out.
We now know that tumor cells tend to down-regulate CCR5 when they are stagnate like in a primary tumor. Just hanging out and growing with the family.
Likewise they up regulate or over express as their motility marker when they are active, invading or in a metastasis setting. Like gang-banging drive by shootings with the fellas.
Tricky, right, wearing camouflage to the party.
But the good news is Leronlimab is up in the club too, and Leronlimab don’t give a f.ck.
