i feel that dexamethasone being used in uk is over

i feel that dexamethasone being used in uk is over-rated side effects and in their big s/c covid trial quite a large amount of deaths occurred.hydroxy and rem were used too.so perhaps the uk is signalling we can do better for our people?imo
