Convertible debt holders walked the ask down because people stopped hitting the ask when they undercut at .0099 before they had their daily quote - they are doing 20% of asks hits - eg 20% of 100K ask hit at .0082 gets 20K fill at .008025 and remainder at .0082. They will move up when hit hard enough.
