I guess thats how I took it when people kept digging for more info and trying to nail down timelines. He clearly doesn't want to get the NP treatment for people accusing him of lying and missing timelines.

I say you are correct LaundryMoney for too heard exactly that, that MM doesn't want to leak anything out since he is required to not comment b4 anything is totally material in the progress - Glad someone else heard that - GLTU LM
