I imagine it would be a quick approval in the UK if it happens.
How quick it's probably impossible to say but, for example, the UK government has said that if they need to get a vaccine approved before the end of the year, when the Brexit transition ends, they could do it. So it's warp speed for anything that they decide is necessary.
