If you just listen to the call before posting about it we would be able to spend less time correcting your bad assumptions
MM said that CYDY has had that going concern note in their filings for the last 17 years - he said that so that people could understand that are still in business despite those words.
He also said that they are working with the audit firm that has experience with this exact issue.
This is just something that has to be worked through and MM is working through it.
