Seeking Alpha Fraudsters Garbage Opinion Piece I
Post# of 22
I commented on their obvious hit job and they deleted my comment.
This was a complete hit job of an article that on the surface appears to methodically breakdown illicit structuring, debt deals, insider trading, pump and dump schemes with lots of “alleged” actions taking place. Don’t be fooled, there isn’t anything intelligent about this opinion piece. The author uses many non sequitur arguments to arrive, at best an illogic conclusion and at worst an intentional sand bagging of COMS. Over the course of the last 18 months, COMS has strategically acquired eight separate companies in an effort to provide a made-in-the USA, end to end, telecom infrastructure. DragonWave has $50-$60 million in commitments for orders over the next year. Drone aviation is fulfilling orders for CBP, DOD, and DoS. InduraPower will be filling orders to major US companies to power electric vehicles and is aiming to start shipping this fall. VNC’s latest product development allows for major telecom components to be virtualized into the size of a credit card. Plus, COMS is hiring 300 employees for their soon to be acquired 140,000 square foot manufacturing facility that they will be closing on at the end of September. Pretty sure you don’t hire 300 people for a company that has nothing to sell.
