Exro Technologies (CSE: XRO) (OTCQB: EXROF), a leading technology company that has developed a new class of power electronics for powertrains, on Tuesday announced that it has granted incentive stock options to certain officers, employees and consultants to purchase an aggregate of 1,692,000 shares in the capital of the company, each at a price of $1.00, pursuant to the terms of its stock option plan. According to the update, all options are subject to vesting provisions and any shares issued upon exercise of an option will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the date of grant.
