I think we should judge a "nothing burger" after we have eaten, not before.
I am not trying to be difficult, but it is extremely presumptuous to assume that Cytodyn has not and therefore will not get EUA from CD10 as well as that the up-listing is inappropriately delayed.
The up-listing has been discussed extensively, as has the markedly increased burdens the FDA is facing and the resultant slowing of the processes. The written responses in response to RTF and PDUFA rather than face-to-face meeting demonstrate this fact.
Your argument suggests that these matters are under the control of Cytodyn and that the failure to meet your expectations is the responsibility of the company.
I believe we all need to take a deep breath.
The productive use of our time would be to draft, what we as a group, believe are appropriate milestones for performance bonuses and send those to Dr. Welch and the compensation committee.
