yep, that ford apt covers all the basses but distracted driving; i don't mean your braking habits, speeding or gas mileage, i'm talking about your mental attention.
Actually (i read that these big brother surveillance's can add to mental distraction*) So it's- one more/many things to be aware of, besides the radio station, I'm i on time, what's happening tonight, or any and all thoughts in play.
The phone maybe used/has an escape, or answered a death penalty.
The public is not ready for more restrictions (hell, they won't even wear masks in the pandemic of many life times/regardless of the Worlds example of what to do) not to mention Trump was elected on sale for removing restrictions.
Europe and Asia I figure to adapt the seriousness.
