1) A press release about the new advisory board
2) Oddly timed SEC filings
3) I didn't have to use my AK
I guess you could say it was a good day. Let's talk about it.
The press release for the advisory board was overdue in my opinion. Perhaps Dr. Kelly was waiting for the final member(s) to join before announcing it, which makes sense right? Get it to where you want it and then talk about it. And we did need a PR for it because it's important to have official statements about such things. But why not tomorrow? After all, the call is tomorrow and there is a bullet point reserved for advisory board discussion. Why then, was it announced today?
Easy.
Because tomorrow we have a more important press release coming and companies aren't in the business of dropping 3 PRs at once lest it results in 6 months of "confused" message board posters "asking" "legitimate" "questions" about things they could easily google but won't and then despite the most intelligent posters on that board giving detailed answers they repeatedly reinforce their stupidity because $5.95
(My apologies if that hit a little close to home but also if that does hit a little too close to home I think you know where you can shove it.)
A few others have talked about the SEC filings and how the timing of them is likely due to NASDAQ uplisting requirements. That passes the smell test and I've been using the smell test for years. Once I almost passed out smelling a pyrex container of beans that I was fairly certain had been in the fridge for way too long. If your household doesn't have either a vegan or a hillbilly dressed in nothing but overalls you aren't around the amount of beans I'm around on a weekly basis. Trust me. If left in a sealed container for too long, beans will begin to smell like justdafacts.
It's science.
So all that being said what I'm trying to say is that I think we see an actual PR of substance tomorrow. Maybe in the morning, maybe after/during the call. Maybe not until the next day. Perhaps a day in the near future. My technical analysis is showing a reverse cowgirl forming under a barometric drop of 7 indicating a violent regression toward the 52wk high on a rolling average splitting the uprights not unlike the day before or after the Vyera deal and underlying support mesas are holding twice the girth so you know it's ready to bust.
(best real guess is we got an EUA/agreement signed with another country)
