The things I encountered were little things that had nothing to do with using the software at all...and I was being nitpicky on purpose. Just as one example, the receipt I received via email had the CFO's email address on it as the contact. I suggested they change it to a general customer service email. Other things were suggestions of things that need explained better to people who are signing up. All just suggestions as someone who was experiencing signing up and using it for the first time and perhaps make it more seamless for those who sign up after me. They could tell me I am a knucklehead, and they would be right, but figured it worth my time to send them some feedback. Help them help us.
But......to be sure.....verbLIVE performance kicked extreme ass!
