I'm not sure I understand your post. We've submitted a BLA, FDA needed a little more info. We filled out the NASDAQ application and submitted it. We've also submitted for EUA in no less than 5 countries. We tried to have Mexico give us a shot(pun intended) but it seems every country out there trusts big pharma more than a little biotech with no drug approvals so we have to do more to show everyone we can compete at their level. If we weren't at least trying then I could see. Not sure how we can put all the onus on mgmt when they are doing what they can to get us an approval and uplist. They don't control the FDA or NASDAQ.
Not saying there weren't missteps along the way. I think the pestell hiring (although initially I thought was good) was the biggest detriment. We sunk too much money into him and his company which probably slowed HIV some and did almost nothing to further cancer. So MGMT does have responsibilities there...but right now I think they are doing what they can the right way with real trials and real results and a much better supporting cast.
