According https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?acti...utput=xml:
1 - Generex S1 - Date: 2020-02-18
Time Period - More or less - 4 months = 16 weeks
2 - Correct Generex S1: Date: 2020-06-15
Time Period - More or less - 2 months = 8 weeks
3 - Correct Generex S1: Date: 2020-08-20
4 - Generex S1 Became Efective by SEC - 1 month - 4 weeks (Until 2020 - 09 - 20)
16 weeks / 2 = 8 weeks / 2 = 4 weeks
After two Generex S1 corrections and assuming everything is OK and no further corrections are needed, Most likely Generex S1 became efective before 2020-09-20. SEC must respond in less than a month.
Note that between point 2 and point 3, 2 months have passed, and most likely generex had at least one month to make corrections. So the SEC must respond in less than a month.
