Good Morning All. I haven't posted much lately, so I suppose it is time.

Let me recap a little. Univec shareholders were told we were “only” waiting for medicare approval. According to my calculations, we had medicare approval about ten weeks ago on June 30, 2020 --- so it is about time in my opinion.

While I have never seen just one issue holding up much of anything, lets run with this idea.

I suggest Dalton should release the financials together with an attorney's letter attesting to their accuracy. The financials should include everything Univec is doing, and should include revenue for PPSI because PPSI is our subsidiary. If PPSI is as big as I hope, then we should immediately rise to silver at the very least based on those numbers alone. I further suggest Dalton might announce a combination with Health Resources Inc shortly after the financials. In my opinion, this announcement should commence a share price rise to a couple of dollars (I am trying to be conservative in my estimates). I suggest Dalton should take full advantage of this rise before doing anything more.

What next?

Once the share price rises to two or more dollars a share, I suggest Dalton should announce his intent to up-list.

Why wait?

In my experience, I have seen a ten fold rise in price based solely on the excitement of such a move. This would create some serious wealth for many invested --- I might make a few pennies myself.

Is this all there is?

Hell no!

I do not know how many things Dalton may be ready to announce, nor do I know how quickly. Thus, I will keep it real by stopping right here. For myself, I will be happy with these numbers. However, I know much more is in the pipeline. So I suggest one ask themselves how much money they need, and how quickly they might need it. Plans will need to be made. Keep it real folks. Your world may very soon change.
