This evening I was thinking about Dupuytren Contracture as a possible inclusion for potential indication. My thought was it was a fibrosis kind of thing, but it’s a collagen build up, which led me to scleroderma and when I checked, that already made your list.
The over-expression of collagen is an auto-immune reaction in scleroderma, lupus, etc.
Do you think Dupuytren Contracture could be similarly an auto-immune triggered build up of collagen?
