Looks more like QDXH just added a new "improvement" to the City Info by adding a new header "5 nearby locations" below the map and above the list of all the cities in the country.
If you allow the website to know your location, it will list the five nearest cities to your physical location under the "5 nearby" header.
But when you switch from the USA to the UK, it seems to default to listing London as your nearest 5 locations as well as being the only location in UK.
There are no new QDX icons added to the map in addition to the existing one on Trafalgar Square, so London did not go live.
