We are going to get approval for HIV, and most likely COVID/ARDS.
The fact that we havent yet, does not mean that we will not.
The issue really is that we are impatient and think that we shoudl be handed approval at lightening speed.
I think we would all be well served to remember that we JUST submitted the first viable data on COVID. We are a small start up biotech, that submitted a small trial.
I believe, as many of us do, that we should get EUA for COVID. We may, or we may be required to provide more data. I dont subscribe to this notion that the FDA is out to get us. But rather they are being more cautious with a new company. If this same scrutiny was being placed on HGEN for example, I suspect we would be ok with it.
