Since today marks the two-week recurrence of the FINRA enactment of the 1 for 1000 reverse split on ESID, it seems an appropriate moment to spell out clearly what even the cat's uncle understands – that a one-for-a-thousand reverse split is just about the most crushing and humiliating burden that could be placed on the shoulders of any and every GESID shareholder walking the planet.
I don't doubt that the custodian of GESID is a regular reader of this board. So I unhesitatingly ask him/her to fulfill a fundamental duty – to step forward at once to show us all, beyond dispute, that custodianship is such in fact as well as being a formal title that, if only existing on paper, means very little indeed.
Every shareholder will want to know in real time, without any faffing around or formalities, the reason(s) for this imposition and heavy burden, plus what countermeasures are being taken to repair the damage sustained so far and, now looking forward, exactly what long-term plans for GESID are in place to give the company a prosperous and green future, in the double sense of ecologically productive and financially profitable. I look forward to reading your detailed answer asap.
