Nope, upside opportunity too big. The BOD/Leadership can't set strategy and execute the day to day. Operating environment is too complex. We need an operations team to execute the day to day. It's called growing pains...If BOD/Leadership doesn't recognize this, we continue to stumble along and as your alias states it's 'sum1elsesfault"....
